We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong bilingual capabilities (Japanese & English) to lead projects focused on Linux and Middleware systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on project management experience, excellent stakeholder engagement skills, and a proven track record in managing budgets and governance processes. This role requires effective communication across diverse teams and the ability to navigate complex technical environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution:

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business goals.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.

• Engage and manage multiple stakeholders across technical and business teams.
• Facilitate clear communication between Japanese and English-speaking teams.

Budget & Cost Governance:

• Prepare and monitor project budgets, ensuring cost control and compliance.
• Report financial performance and implement corrective actions when needed.

Risk & Issue Management:

• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Resolve issues promptly to maintain project timelines and quality standards.

Team Coordination:

• Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring collaboration and accountability.
• Provide guidance and support to team members throughout the project lifecycle.

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:

• Project Management Expertise:
• PMP certification or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience managing technical projects in Linux and Middleware environments.

Technical Understanding:

• Familiarity with Linux OS and Middleware technologies (e.g., WebSphere, JBoss, Apache)

Language Proficiency:

• Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) Level N2 or N3 (mandatory).
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in IT infrastructure or enterprise system projects.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Prior experience working in multicultural environments.
