EyeLit MES and Equipment Integration Specialist (#475)

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable EyeLit MES solutions for factory automation and equipment integration.

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in EyeLit MES and Equipment Integration within semiconductor or advanced manufacturing environments.

• Develop system architectures that support multi-tool integration and minimize manual operator intervention.

• Integrate EyeLit MES with equipment interfaces, PROMIS MES, and advanced process control (APC) systems.

• Reduce manual touchpoints across lot processing workflows (e.g., from cassette placement to lot completion).

• Implement automation and workflow optimization strategies to improve throughput and reduce person-to-machine ratios.

• Define functional and technical requirements, prepare design specifications, and oversee UAT, validation, and deployment activities.

• Collaborate with operations, engineering, IT, and quality teams to ensure alignment with production goals, compliance requirements, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

• Deep expertise in EyeLit MES architecture, configuration, and customization.

• Strong knowledge of equipment integration standards such as SECS/GEM, EDA, and OPC-UA.

• Experience integrating MES with other factory systems, including PROMIS MES and APC solutions.

• Demonstrated success leading semiconductor factory automation and equipment integration projects.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
