Job description
We are seeking an experienced and energetic Bilingual Project Lead to manage and drive mobile and web application development projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent Japanese communication skills, and a proactive approach to leading cross-functional teams and ensuring project success.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the development of mobile and web applications, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery of high-quality solutions.

Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and translate business needs into technical solutions.

Drive implementation of cloud-based solutions, with a strong focus on Microsoft Azure services.

Manage project schedules, risks, and deliverables while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Facilitate communication between onsite and offshore teams and coordinate with both technical and business groups.

Ensure adherence to SDLC processes, Agile methodologies, and best practices.

Serve as the primary contact for clients, delivering regular updates and managing expectations.

Foster an energetic, proactive, and collaborative team environment to increase productivity and efficiency.
Key Requirements

8+ years of hands-on experience in mobile and web application development.

Strong expertise in cloud technologies with deep knowledge of Microsoft Azure.

Excellent understanding of SDLC, Agile practices, and modern development methodologies.

Energetic, proactive, outgoing personality with strong problem-solving capabilities.

Prior experience in a client-facing role is an added advantage.
Preferred Qualifications

JLPT N3 or above.

Experience leading bilingual teams.

Knowledge of additional cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in an Engineering discipline (Computer or Electronics).
