Sales Inspection Officer (Legal & Compliance Division) (#466)

法務・コンプライアンス部門の業務目標達成に向けて、営業検査グループマネージャーを補佐し、オンサイトモニタリングの強みを活かした検査計画（目的・成果、業務プロセス、重点事項、KPIを含む）を立案・実施していただきます。
営業関連業務における内部統制が有効に機能しているかを、被検査部門から独立した立場でモニタリングし、適切な統制・改善を推進します。また、営業チャネルの現状を的確に把握・分析・評価し、代理店が抱える課題を抽出・改善提言することで、全社的な業務運営の適正化および改善に貢献していただきます。

 

主な業務内容
 

• 代理店検査、定例検査、テーマ別検査、特別検査の実施

• 質の高い検査報告書の作成

• 検査プロセス・手法の改善提案および効率化推進

• 検査マニュアル等の整備

• 検査指摘事項に対する改善状況のフォローアップ

• 必要に応じたフォロー検査の実施
   

応募資格
 

＜必須条件＞

• 生命保険業界における代理店チャネル経験、または内部監査部門での実務経験（5年以上）

• 他部署・他組織と積極的にコミュニケーションを取れる方

＜歓迎条件＞

• CIA（公認内部監査人）または CFSA（公認金融監査人）の資格保有者または取得を目指している方

• ビジネスレベルの英語力（読み書き）

•  

• PCスキル（Word、Excel、PowerPoint）

The Legal & Compliance Division is seeking a Sales Inspection Officer to support the Sales Inspection Group Manager in achieving departmental goals. You will perform monitoring activities from an independent standpoint, ensuring compliance and operational soundness within sales channels. Through accurate assessment, analysis, and evaluation of sales channels and agency activities, you will identify issues, propose improvement measures, and support company-wide operational enhancement through follow-up initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
 

• Conduct agency inspections, regular inspections, thematic inspections, and special inspections.

• Prepare high-quality, clear, and insightful inspection reports.

• Propose and implement improvements to inspection processes and methodologies.

• Maintain and update inspection manuals and related documentation.

• Follow up on corrective actions related to inspection findings.

• Conduct follow-up inspections to ensure continuous improvement and compliance.
   

Required Qualifications
 

• Minimum 5 years of experience in either:

  • The life insurance industry (with agency channel experience), or

  • An internal audit or inspection department.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
   

Preferred Qualifications
 

• CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) or CFSA (Certified Financial Services Auditor) certification.

• Business-level English skills (reading and writing)
