The Group Business Operations Group supports all collection-related operations for approximately 570 Chambers of Commerce and Industry and Chambers of Commerce nationwide. One of our key roles is to provide comprehensive support so that the CCI channel can focus fully on the operation and sales activities of the mutual aid business.

Key Responsibilities
 

• End-to-end (E2E) policyholder services related to life insurance business, including DX promotion and process improvement

• Analysis and proposals for business transformation that exceed customer expectations and contribute to stable, sustainable company growth

• Proposing and implementing improvements to business processes and related operations to enhance convenience for customers and sales teams
