生命保険の新契約お引き受けにおける業務企画のお仕事です。 社内外の顧客満足度の向上と業務効率化の両立を目指して、新契約における業務課題の整理・変革、社内プロジェクト対応等の対応を行っております。 保険に関する深い知識を習得しながら、IT部門・商品開発部門と協業し、新契約お引き受け業務の最適化を図ると共に、デジタル化・ペーパーレス化など、時代の変化を積極的に取り入れ、保険業務の革新に寄与することで、メンバーの働きやすさを向上させるとともに、お客様に簡単・便利・早い・納得感のあるサービスを提供することを目指しています。 主な職務内容は以下のとおりです。 ・新契約お引き受け業務のデジタル化・ペーパーレス化の企画・運営・推進など ・新商品開発等の新契約関連プロジェクトにおけるシステム開発要件の作成やテストなど ・新契約関連帳票・マニュアルの作成、周知用のイントラの管理など

This role involves business planning and operations design for new life insurance policy underwriting. The position aims to achieve both improved customer satisfaction (internal and external) and operational efficiency by identifying and transforming operational issues in the new business underwriting process, as well as supporting internal projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Planning, managing, and promoting the digitalization and paperless initiatives for new policy underwriting operations

• Creating system development requirements and conducting testing for new policy–related projects, including new product development

• Preparing and maintaining underwriting-related forms, manuals, and internal intranet content

Required Skills & Experience

Job Qualifications

• Project experience in the financial services industry (e.g., schedule management, requirements definition, testing)

• Ability to perform basic data extraction using SQL

• Experience with AI-related initiatives is a plus

• A proactive mindset with strong motivation to continuously develop knowledge and skills

• Ability to think independently and take initiative

• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders

• English proficiency is a plus
