Callを通じて、解約申し出顧客に対する、継続勧奨、顧客ニーズの検知、可視化、必要に応じてディストリビューション部門への連携を行う。

Through outbound and inbound calls, you will engage with customers who have requested policy cancellation, encourage policy continuation, identify and visualize customer needs, and collaborate with the Distribution Department as necessary.

Strong communication skills with customers

Understanding and knowledge of related departments’ operations (e.g., Sales, New Business, Policy Administration), and ability to collaborate effectively with those departments
