Job description

ServiceNow Project Manager:
Bilingual (Japanese and English), Japanese Native preferred
 
Key Responsibilities:

Project Management
Lead end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Request, Problem, Change, Knowledge, etc.)
Oversee ITOM components such as Discovery, Event Management, and CMDB enhancement
Manage project scope, budget, resources, timelines, and risks

Stakeholder Engagement
Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and global stakeholders
Facilitate requirement gathering, decision-making, and status reporting

Process & Technical Consulting
Provide guidance on ITIL-based process design and improvement
Propose technical solutions and implementation strategies

Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement
Support testing (including UAT), post-implementation troubleshooting, and ongoing optimization
Conduct reviews and share lessons learned
 
Required Qualifications:

Must Skills:
Proven track record managing large-scale ServiceNow implementation projects
Familiarity with ServiceNow ITSM and/or ITOM 
Strong understanding of ITIL processes

Other Skills
Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2 preferred)
Strong communication and multitasking abilities
Technical acumen in web/software development environments
 
Preferred Qualifications
ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CIS-ITSM, CIS-ITOM)
Exposure to other ServiceNow modules 
Experience working with multicultural and offshore teams
