Job description
The Group Business Department provides comprehensive operational support for approximately 570 Chambers of Commerce and Industry (CCI) and business associations across Japan. Our mission is to enable the CCI channel to focus fully on the operation and sales promotion of cooperative (kyosai) insurance products by managing all aspects of collection operations and administrative processing efficiently and accurately.
We are currently seeking a professional who will lead operational efficiency and process transformation initiatives aimed at simplifying and streamlining the end-to-end processes related to cooperative insurance administration. This position plays a key role in driving digital transformation (DX) and ensuring that our operations evolve to meet the changing needs of customers and business partners.
Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end operational improvement and digital transformation (DX) initiatives related to life insurance business processes and policyholder services.

Analyze current operations and propose transformation strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and contribute to sustainable business growth.

Identify and implement improvements in business processes and related operations to enhance convenience for both customers and sales teams.

Drive initiatives that increase process efficiency, reduce operational complexity, and support overall business optimization.

主な職務内容

生命保険ビジネスにおける契約者サービスのE2E業務改善およびDX推進のリード

現行業務の分析に基づき、顧客満足度の向上と会社収支の安定成長に資する業務改革の企画・提言

顧客および営業担当の利便性を高めるための業務プロセス改善および関連施策の実行

業務の簡素化・効率化を目的としたオペレーション最適化の推進
