Automatisation Product Owner (#438)

We are looking for Product Owner to lead the development and enhancement of automation solutions, including tools such as UiPath and Microsoft Power Platform. As the Product Owner, you will be responsible for maximizing the value delivered by automation products. 

Key Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on stakeholder input and business needs

• Collaborate with development teams to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality automation solutions

• Communicate product vision, roadmap, and priorities to internal teams and stakeholders

• Champion continuous improvement and innovation within automation tools and processes

• Manage the product's technical debt and ensure maintainability over time

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product management role

• Hands-on experience in the development and operation of RPA and automation tools (e.g., UiPath, Microsoft Power Platform, or similar)

• Strong knowledge of agile development practices and product lifecycle management

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Analytical mindset with a focus on delivering business value

• Bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English

• Strong automation expertise is a significant plus
