当社のパートナービジネス部門では、委託契約を締結した生命保険募集代理店（生命保険代理店、提携金融機関、提携保険会社等）を通じた生命保険販売の推進を担っています。

本ポジションでは、担当代理店に対して、営業支援・教育・管理業務を通じて、販売力強化およびビジネス拡大に貢献していただきます。

主な業務内容

• 担当代理店への訪問を通じた教育・育成・管理業務
• 代理店に対する販売促進に向けたコンサルティング営業
  （経営戦略や販売体制構築に関する支援）
• 募集人に対する教育・研修および販売支援の実施
  （保険商品、販売手法、業界知識、コンプライアンス等）
• 新規代理店および提携金融機関の開拓
• 提携金融機関・提携保険会社本部との折衝および販売推進施策の企画・実行

​​​​​​​The Partner Business division is responsible for driving life insurance sales through contracted distribution partners, including life insurance agencies, partner financial institutions, and partner insurance companies.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and managing assigned partners through training, development, and business consulting activities to enhance sales performance and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage assigned partner agencies through regular visits, providing training, development, and oversight
• Deliver consultative sales support to partners to enhance sales performance
  (including support on business strategy and sales structure development)
• Provide training and ongoing sales support to insurance agents
  (covering products, sales techniques, industry knowledge, compliance, and related topics)
• Develop new partner agencies and financial institution partnerships
• Collaborate with partner financial institutions and insurance companies at the head office level to plan and negotiate sales promotion initiatives
• Oversee overall partner management activities

• Knowledge of life insurance products and regulatory frameworks
• Basic understanding of finance and taxation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in standard PC applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
