オルタナティブ投資チームの一員として、以下の主要な役割と責任を担います。
・年間投資計画の策定支援
・投資計画に基づく目標投資リターンの達成支援
・より良いリスク・リターン特性を持つ資産の発掘支援
・中長期的に安定したリターンを強化する支援
・堅牢な投資意思決定プロセスの構築支援
・チームのCoE（Center of expertise）への積極的な参加支援
・割り当てられた企業およびグループの目標達成支援
・効率的かつエラーのない運用プロセスの維持
・ポートフォリオのパフォーマンス監視および必要に応じてマネージャーへの報告

Be part of Alternative Investment Team. Key accountabilities are as follows.
・Support to develop the annual investment plan
・Support to deliver targeted investment return based on the investment plan
・Support to explore assets with better risk return profile
・Support to enhance stable return capability over the mid-long term
・Support to formulate robust investment decision making process
・Support the team’s active participation to CoEs
・Support assigned company and group objectives
・Ensure efficient and error-free operational process
・Monitor the performance of portfolios / head up manager when necessary

【求めるスキル・経験/ Required Skills and Experiences 】

・結果志向のマインドに基づく、市場志向でタイムリーな意思決定
・迅速に対応する意識
・グローバルに対応できる対人スキル／交渉能力
・CMAまたはCFA資格が望ましい
・市場、デリバティブ、商品に関する基本的な知識と理解
・基本的な会計知識（J-GAAP、税務、IFRS）を学ぶ意欲
・国内外の規制に関する基本的な理解があれば望ましい

Required:
・Market oriented, timely decision-making based on result-oriented mindset
・Sense of urgency
・Good interpersonal skills / negotiation abilities globally
・CMA or CFA preferred
・Knowledge and understanding of market, derivative and product
・Good accounting knowledge (J-GAAP, TAX, IFRS)
・Good understanding of local and global regulation preferred
