Job description

This role is responsible for leading internal communications initiatives to ensure effective delivery of strategic and leadership messages, foster organizational culture, and enhance employee engagement.

You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to plan and execute communication strategies aligned with the company’s purpose, values, and business objectives.
 

Key Responsibilities
Content & Communications

  • Create and edit content in both English and Japanese (e.g., newsletters, internal social media posts, leadership messages, speech scripts)

  • Plan, develop, and distribute content across multiple communication channels (newsletters, intranet, digital signage, internal social platforms, etc.)

  • Collaborate and coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors

  • Measure effectiveness and prepare reports on communication activities
     

Event Planning & Execution

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage company-wide events (including hybrid and virtual events)

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors

  • Measure outcomes and provide reporting on event effectiveness
     

Collaboration

  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and gather relevant information

  • Partner with stakeholders to develop content and propose communication strategies

  • Collaborate with global teams and contribute to strengthening organizational presence

  • Handle administrative tasks such as inquiries, venue arrangements, and budget/supplies management

  • Contribute to fostering a positive team culture
     

Required Skills & Experience 
Mandatory

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in internal communications, editorial, or related roles

  • Experience creating internal communication materials (e.g., newsletters, executive messages, speech scripts) in both English and Japanese

  • Strong writing and editing skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

  • Team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities

  • Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel); experience with Teams and SharePoint is a plus
     

Preferred

  • Experience in financial services or insurance industry communications

  • Event planning and management experience

  • Ability to proactively gather information and communicate strategically

  • Strong communication, coordination, and project management skills

  • Basic image/video editing skills (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, etc.)

  • Experience using AI and digital tools

Language requirement

Japanese (Native), English (Fluent)

Working hours

9:00~17:00(休憩12:00~13:00)
