Job description

The Strategic Planning Assistant Manager will play a key role in supporting senior executives in developing and executing the company’s long-term strategy. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with leadership while leading company-wide transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategy Development

  • Develop company-wide strategic plans and initiatives, including targets and action plans.

  • Allocate project investments to align with overall company strategy.

  • Prepare strategic narrative documents for executive reporting and communicate strategy across the company.

2. Strategy Execution Monitoring

  • Track and report the progress of strategic initiatives (milestones, KPIs) across business units.

  • Identify and manage risks and issues related to strategic initiatives.

  • Organize and facilitate executive-level meetings.

3. Market Research & Reporting

  • Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and the business environment.

  • Provide periodic market reports to senior management.

4. Subsidiary & Group Coordination

  • Develop and manage strategies for subsidiaries or affiliated companies.

  • Support and oversee execution of group-wide synergy initiatives.

5. New Business Development

  • Identify and develop strategic initiatives and growth opportunities.

  • Support evaluation and execution of M&A or partnership opportunities.
