Job description
The Strategic Planning Assistant Manager will play a key role in supporting senior executives in developing and executing the company’s long-term strategy. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with leadership while leading company-wide transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategy Development

Develop company-wide strategic plans and initiatives, including targets and action plans.

Allocate project investments to align with overall company strategy.

Prepare strategic narrative documents for executive reporting and communicate strategy across the company.
2. Strategy Execution Monitoring

Track and report the progress of strategic initiatives (milestones, KPIs) across business units.

Identify and manage risks and issues related to strategic initiatives.

Organize and facilitate executive-level meetings.
3. Market Research & Reporting

Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and the business environment.

Provide periodic market reports to senior management.
4. Subsidiary & Group Coordination

Develop and manage strategies for subsidiaries or affiliated companies.

Support and oversee execution of group-wide synergy initiatives.
5. New Business Development

Identify and develop strategic initiatives and growth opportunities.

Support evaluation and execution of M&A or partnership opportunities.
