Financial Reporting & Solutions Specialist (#502)

Purpose / 概要
Make timely and accurate IFRS/JGAAP/Tax accounting and CSRD reporting, including the preparation of various financial statements, reports, and disclosures for local executives (Financial Controller, Board of Directors, ExCom members) and company Group finance departments (PBRC and BSID). Provide analysis, comments, and figures to ensure stakeholders understand the company’s financial results and soundness.

Key Responsibilities / 主な業務内容

• Prepare IFRS/JGAAP/Tax accounting reports and CSRD disclosures with analysis for executives and HQ finance departments.

• Identify financial and tax risks/opportunities and propose actions to maximize economic value.

• Find financial/accounting solutions to enhance financial soundness and optimize earnings, taxes, and expenses under IFRS/JGAAP, Tax, and CSRD regimes.

• Lead cross-functional finance projects as a supervisor (e.g., new products, Fly projects, organizational restructuring, pension optimization).

• Support the direct manager by proactively addressing internal and external issues.

• Create a motivating environment for staff development (technical or cross-team trainings) and promote career development and diversity.

【求めるスキル・経験 / Required Skills & Experience】

Mandatory / 必須条件

• Strong financial reporting skills (IFRS/JGAAP) and accounting expertise.

• Over 8 years of experience in accounting and tax; at least 7 years in financial reporting (IFRS/JGAAP).

• Business-level Japanese and English proficiency.

• Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SAP).

• Facilitation and project management skills.

• Bookkeeping level 2 or higher.

Preferred / 歓迎条件

• Passed at least 2 tax account examinations.

• CPA or USCPA qualification.
