新商品開発プロジェクトマネージャー (#540)

会社の最重要戦略の一つである新商品プロジェクトの運営を担い、プロジェクトを通じて最大限の価値創出と効率性を実現し、計画通りのデリバリーを遂行します。

■ 主な業務内容
・OTOBOSOQを基盤とした保険商品領域におけるプロジェクトマネジメント
・コミュニケーションマネジメントの実施および最適化
・スケジュール、予算、要件、品質を満たしたプロジェクトデリバリーの確実な実行
・複雑なプロジェクトにおける計画策定、実行、ガバナンス構築（特にリスク管理）の推進
・社内外の利害関係者とのコミュニケーションの管理・主導・支援を通じたサービス品質および業務効率の向上
・全社的なリーダーシップの発揮によるチーム間の連携強化および円滑なコミュニケーションの実現
・プロジェクトにおけるKPIおよび主要成果指標の達成・改善の推進

■ 求めるスキル・経験

① 知識・スキルの適用
・以下のいずれか、または複数の経験・知識を有すること
・日本における保険サービスに関する一般的な理解
・ITアプリケーションの企画からリリースまでのデリバリー経験
・経営層を含むステークホルダーと連携した大規模戦略プロジェクトの推進経験
・中〜大規模企業におけるIT全般の知識（アプリケーション、インフラ：ネットワーク、サーバー、ミドルウェア、ワークプレース、クラウド、サービスオペレーション）
・プロジェクトマネジメント／コンサルティングスキル、業務プロセスの簡素化・改善・変革経験
・ステークホルダーとのガバナンス会議の運営およびコミュニケーション計画の策定・実行
・経営管理能力および生命保険商品に関する知識

② スキル
・経営管理能力および生命保険商品に関する知識
・幅広いIT基礎知識
・日本語（読み書き必須）およびビジネスレベルの英語力があれば尚可

③ 資格
・大学学士号または同等の実務経験
・以下のいずれかと同等レベルの知識（保有は必須ではない）
　- PRINCE2®
　- PMP（Project Management Professional）
　- PfMP（Portfolio Management Professional）
　- PMI-PBA（PMI Professional in Business Analysis）
　- ITIL Master / ITIL Expert

④ 経験
・ITまたはビジネス分野における実務経験3年以上
・プロジェクトマネジメント経験3年以上
 

You will be responsible for leading and executing one of the company’s key strategic initiatives: the new product development project. Through effective project management, you will ensure maximum value creation, operational efficiency, and on-time delivery.

■ Key Responsibilities
• Lead project management activities for insurance product initiatives based on OTOBOSOQ
• Manage and optimize communication across all stakeholders
• Ensure delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements
• Plan, execute, and establish governance frameworks for complex projects, with a strong focus on risk management
• Lead, manage, and facilitate communication among internal and external stakeholders to ensure service quality and operational efficiency
• Demonstrate strong leadership across the organization to drive collaboration and synergy among teams
• Drive the achievement and continuous improvement of project KPIs and key outcome metrics

■ Required Skills and Experience

① Application of Skills / Knowledge
• Experience and/or knowledge in several of the following areas:
• General understanding of insurance services in Japan
• End-to-end IT application delivery experience (from initiation to release)
• Experience managing large-scale strategic projects with senior executive stakeholders
• Broad IT knowledge in mid-to-large scale organizations, including applications, infrastructure (network, servers, middleware, workplace, cloud), and service operations
• Project management and consulting skills, including process simplification, improvement, and transformation
• Experience managing governance meetings and stakeholder communication plans
• Strong business management capabilities and knowledge of life insurance products

② Skills
• Strong business management and life insurance product knowledge
• Broad foundational IT knowledge
• Native or fluent Japanese (reading and writing required); business-level English preferred

③ Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
• Knowledge equivalent to one or more of the following certifications (not mandatory):
　- PRINCE2®
　- Project Management Professional (PMP)
　- Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP)
　- PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA)
　- ITIL Master / ITIL Expert Certification

④ Experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT and/or business roles
• Minimum of 3 years of project management experience
