営業社員向け保険販売用システム開発に携わっていただきます。
＜具体的な業務内容＞
◎ビジネス部門と協働し、ビジネスプロセスを定義、最適化していく
・担当するプロダクトに関して、ビジネスプロセスやワークフロー、ユースケースについての知識を維持する
・担当するプロダクトについて、コアとなるケイパビリティや機能、また制限事項について理解する
・プロセスの自動化や標準化をサポートする
・新しいニーズを引き出し、業務及びシステム要件定義をおこなう
・新たなテクノロジーや機能を探求し、会社の戦略にアラインすることを評価し提案する
◎システム開発やメンテナンスの調整を行い、Squad 内のオペレーション が円滑に行われること確実にする
・リリース準備（例：Release Managementへの承認を得たドキュメントの提出、レビュー実施等）と夜間もしくは早朝リリース作業
・（ビジネスに対する窓口；Single Point of Contactとして）インシデント（障害）の優先順位付けを行い対応し、根本原因の特定および問題解決のためにデベロッパー（開発者）をサポートする
・テストチームと協業してテスト自動化を推進する

・1年以上の開発経験
・ユーザを含むステークホルダー折衝、仕様調査・検討、要件定義書の作成の経験
・ユーザ受入テスト検証計画の作成・実施・結果報告の経験

 

Working with Business Teams to Define and Optimize Business Processes

• Maintain knowledge of business processes, workflows, and use cases related to the assigned product.
• Understand the core capabilities, functionalities, and limitations of the assigned product.
• Support the automation and standardization of business processes.
• Identify new business needs and define business and system requirements.
• Explore new technologies and functionalities, evaluate their alignment with the company’s strategy, and make recommendations.

Coordinating System Development and Maintenance

• Coordinate system development and maintenance activities and ensure smooth operations within the Squad.

• Prepare for releases, including submitting approved documentation to Release Management, conducting reviews, etc., as well as performing release activities during nighttime or early morning hours.
• Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the business by prioritizing and responding to incidents, supporting developers in identifying root causes, and resolving issues.
• Collaborate with the testing team to promote test automation.

Required Skills and Experience

• Knowledge of insurance business operations.
• At least 1 year of development experience.
• Experience in stakeholder negotiations/coordination, including with users; investigating and reviewing specifications; and preparing requirements definition documents.
• Experience in creating, conducting, and reporting results of User Acceptance Test (UAT) verification plans.
