Mainframe System Analyst (#597)

ダイレクトチャネルで販売される保険商品の基幹システム領域を担当していただきます。自社の契約管理システムをはじめとする各種システムについて、開発・保守業務全般に携わっていただきます。システム開発案件における業務要件の分析から基本設計、各種レビュー、ユーザー部門との調整、UAT支援、本番環境の運用支援まで、幅広い業務を担当するポジションです。

主な業務内容

• ダイレクトチャネルで販売する保険商品の基幹システム領域の開発・保守を担当。
• 自社の契約管理システムをはじめとする各種システムの開発・保守業務全般を担当。
• システム開発案件における業務要件の分析・調査。
• システムの基本設計および各種設計・開発レビューの実施。
• ユーザー部門との要件調整、仕様確認、各種コミュニケーション。
• UAT（ユーザー受入テスト）の計画・実施支援。
• 開発ベンダーとの調整・進捗管理・課題管理。
• 必要に応じて、ベンダーとエンドユーザー間のブリッジ役として案件を推進。
• 本番環境におけるシステム運用支援。
• ユーザーからの問い合わせに対する調査・対応。
• 本番環境で発生した障害・インシデントの原因調査および対応。
• システムの安定稼働に向けた改善活動および継続的な保守対応。

必須スキル・経験

• ホスト系システムにおけるCOBOLでの開発経験5年以上。
• IBM i（AS/400）または z/OSのいずれかの実務経験5年以上。
• 生命保険システムの設計・開発経験5年以上。
• システム開発における要件分析、設計、テスト、ユーザー部門との調整などの経験。
• 日本語：ネイティブレベル必須。

歓迎スキル・経験

• 以下の技術環境における開発経験：
  • Middleware：MQ
  • Database：DB2
• LIFE/Jの開発・運用経験。
• 保険業務、特に生命保険の契約管理・保全領域に関する知識。
• 開発ベンダーとの協業・マネジメント経験。
• UAT支援やユーザー部門との調整経験。
• 本番障害対応・インシデント管理の経験。
• 英語でのコミュニケーション能力。

The position is responsible for the core systems supporting insurance products sold through direct channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for the core systems supporting insurance products sold through direct channels.
• Perform development and maintenance activities for internal systems, including policy administration and contract management systems.
• Analyze and investigate business requirements for system development projects.
• Perform basic system design and participate in design and development reviews.
• Coordinate with business users to clarify requirements, specifications, priorities, and deliverables.
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) planning and execution.
• Coordinate with external development vendors, including progress, issue, and deliverable management.
• Act as a bridge between vendors and business/end users when required, facilitating communication and ensuring alignment.
• Provide support for systems operating in the production environment.
• Investigate and respond to inquiries and requests from business users.
• Investigate system incidents and production issues and coordinate appropriate resolution.
• Contribute to system stability, continuous improvement, and ongoing maintenance activities.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of development experience with COBOL on host/mainframe systems.
• 5+ years of experience with either IBM i (AS/400) or z/OS.
• 5+ years of design and development experience in life insurance systems.
• Experience in requirements analysis, system design, testing, and coordination with business users.
• Japanese: Native-level proficiency required.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills & Experience

• Development experience with the following technologies:
  • Middleware: MQ
  • Database: DB2
• Experience with LIFE/J.
• Knowledge of life insurance business processes, particularly policy administration and contract management.
• Experience working with and coordinating external development vendors.
• Experience supporting UAT and collaborating with business users.
• Experience in production support, incident investigation, and issue resolution.
• English communication skills would be an advantage.
