As the business continues to transform, the strategic importance of the Procurement Department is increasing. We are looking for someone with a strong mindset and the drive to exceed management expectations and contribute to enhancing the value of the department.

The purpose of this role is to identify and drive cost-saving opportunities effectively through internal and external business partnerships, achieving sustainable cost reductions and process improvements. You will lead strategic procurement activities, actively support the Sourcing Team Manager, enhance team engagement, and maximize collaborative results.

Achieve Cost Reduction Targets

• Develop impactful category strategies for assigned areas.
• Lead procurement activities to optimize costs and processes.
• Build and strengthen business partnerships and drive improvement initiatives.

Project Management

• Proactively lead, drive, and facilitate cost-reduction projects.
• Manage three or more complex projects simultaneously.
• Report project progress to management.

Supplier Relationship Management

• Build and maintain effective and positive business relationships with suppliers.
• Conduct regular business reviews and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with an objective, fact-based approach.
• Proactive, logical, and positive mindset with a strong focus on collaboration.
• Ability to promote effective teamwork and demonstrate support and leadership when required.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of performance.

Required Skills and Experience

• 5–7+ years of experience as a Strategic Procurement Buyer.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or CIPS qualification is preferred

Preferred Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in the financial services industry.
• Business-level English.
