Data Analyst (#563)

This role focuses on driving data and AI utilization across corporate functions such as HR, Finance, Product, and IT. You will act as a bridge between business teams and technical stakeholders, leading end-to-end data initiatives from requirement gathering to delivery—while ensuring governance, data quality, and measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

Data & AI Enablement

• Gather and analyze business requirements, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions
• Conduct data analysis and validation using platforms such as Databricks
• Support analytics and dashboard development using BI tools (e.g., Amazon QuickSight)
• Monitor and maintain data quality, ensuring accuracy and reliability

Governance Support

• Assist with data access requests and related processes
• Support AI governance initiatives and internal compliance frameworks
• Ensure secure and effective use of data through governance best practices

Collaboration & Community

• Work closely with data stewards to improve delivery quality and efficiency
• Promote collaboration and best practices across teams

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Skills

• 3–4 years of experience in IT, data, or business analysis
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Databricks, Snowflake)
• Understanding of Agile methodologies or experience working in Agile environments
• Strong documentation and data handling skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience with collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint)

Preferred

• Experience with BI tools (e.g., Amazon QuickSight) and dashboard development
• Knowledge of data governance and data quality management
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum, AWS, Databricks, Snowflake)

Soft Skills

• Business-level Japanese (ability to coordinate with internal stakeholders)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and collaborative mindset
