主な業務内容

サービス・事業の企画

• 保険関連およびその他の分野におけるBtoB・BtoC向けサービスの企画
• サービスの主要コンセプトや提供価値の立案

市場・顧客分析

• VOC（Voice of Customer）やVOD（Voice of Data）、競合他社分析などを通じた市場・顧客ニーズの把握
• 市場動向やトレンドを分析し、サービス開発・改善に反映するための企画・分析をリード

ビジネスモデル・事業性の検討

• サービス開発に必要なファイナンシャルモデルの構築
• 事業の収益性や実現可能性を検討するためのビジネスケース策定

プロジェクト推進・社内調整

• 関係部署との連携・調整

求めるスキル・経験

1. 商品・サービスのローンチまたは業務改善の経験

• 業界・業種を問わず、新商品・新サービスの企画やローンチに携わった経験
• 新規事業の立ち上げ経験がない場合でも、既存業務の課題を特定し、改善策を企画・実行した経験

2. 基本的なマーケティング・分析スキル

• 市場や顧客ニーズを理解し、情報を収集・分析した経験
• 分析結果をもとに、企画や改善につなげた経験があれば尚可

3. コミュニケーション能力

• 複雑な内容を簡潔かつ明確に伝えられる口頭・文書でのコミュニケーション能力
• 関係者との調整、情報共有、合意形成を円滑に進められる方

4. チャレンジ精神・柔軟性

• 新しいテーマや課題に対して主体的に取り組める方
• 固定観念にとらわれず、工夫や発想力を活かして課題解決に取り組める方

The Service Business Planning team is responsible for planning, developing, and operating services that create new value for customers, including initiatives related to the insurance business and other areas that contribute to customers’ lives and well-being. We are looking for individuals who are willing to challenge conventional approaches, bring a strong entrepreneurial mindset, and proactively create new value in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Service and Business Planning
  • Plan B2B and B2C services across insurance-related and other business areas
  • Develop key service concepts, value propositions, and business ideas
• Market and Customer Analysis
  • Lead analysis of customer needs and market trends through VOC (Voice of Customer), VOD (Voice of Data), competitor analysis, and other research
  • Translate market and customer insights into actionable recommendations for service development and improvement
• Business Model and Financial Planning
  • Develop financial models required for service development
  • Prepare business cases to evaluate the feasibility, profitability, and potential of new services and business initiatives
• Cross-functional Collaboration and Project Support
  • Coordinate with relevant internal teams and stakeholders

Support the smooth progression of internal approvals and other processes required to launch and develop new services

Required Skills and Experience

Experience in Product/Service Launch or Business Improvement

• Experience participating in the planning or launch of new products or services, regardless of industry
• Candidates without new business launch experience are also welcome if they have demonstrated experience identifying challenges, developing improvement initiatives, and implementing solutions

Basic Marketing and Analytical Skills

• Experience gathering and analyzing information to understand market and customer needs
• Experience translating analysis and insights into business initiatives or improvements is a plus

Strong Communication Skills

• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing
• Ability to coordinate with stakeholders, share information effectively, and facilitate alignment across teams

Entrepreneurial Mindset and Flexibility

• Proactive approach to new challenges and unfamiliar topics
• Ability to think creatively, adapt to changing circumstances, and develop practical solutions to business challenges
