Finance部門内において、業務効率化、AI活用の推進、およびシステム開発を通じて、Finance業務の高度化・デジタル化を担うチームのメンバーを募集します。本ポジションの主なミッションは、財務プロセスのデジタル化を推進し、業務の効率化と高度化を実現することです。 BIツールをはじめとするデジタル技術を活用し、主要な財務指標の算出や財務諸表の作成に関するプロセスをデジタル化することで、業務効率の向上、財務指標の可視化、およびマネジメントの意思決定を支援する有益なレポーティングの実現を目指します。 Finance部門内の各チーム、IT/Data部門、ならびに国内外の関連部門と連携しながら、主体的に課題を特定し、解決に向けて行動できる方、新たな業務や技術に積極的に挑戦できる方を求めています。

We are seeking a motivated professional to join a team within the Finance department dedicated to enhancing operational efficiency, promoting AI adoption, and developing technology solutions tailored to Finance operations. The primary objective of this role is to drive financial process digitalization and deliver sustainable improvements in operational efficiency and effectiveness. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with other Finance teams, IT/Data functions, and relevant stakeholders across domestic and international offices. We are looking for someone who takes ownership of challenges, proactively drives problem-solving, communicates effectively with diverse stakeholders, and embraces new responsibilities and technologies.

Required Skills and Experience

Core Competencies

• Ability to identify existing business challenges, develop practical improvement proposals, and implement effective solutions.

• Relevant Technical Skills and Experience

  Candidates should have experience or expertise in at least one of the following areas:

• Systems Engineering, Solution Architecture, or Business Analysis: Professional experience in one or more of these disciplines.

• Anaplan Development: Hands-on experience in developing and implementing Anaplan solutions.

• AI-related expertise: Experience in one or more of the following areas:

  • AI output quality management and assurance

  • Prompt architecture and design

  • AI systems integration and engineering

• A proactive mindset, with the willingness to take ownership and demonstrate leadership in problem-solving.

• Flexibility and adaptability when taking on new responsibilities, technologies, and unfamiliar business areas.

• Business-level proficiency in either English or Japanese.
• English communication skills are particularly important due to frequent interactions with international offices.
