Product Owner (#265)

We are seeking a skilled Product Owner to lead the development and enhancement of core system, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving continuous improvement.

As the Product Owner for core system, you will be responsible for maximizing the value of the product and representing the needs of the business stakeholders. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize features, manage the product backlog, and drive the product roadmap.

This position will require, but not be limited to, the following tasks:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize product features and enhancements
• Work closely with development teams to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality solutions
• Communicate product vision and priorities to internal teams and stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the core system
• Managing technical debt of the product

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role
• In-depth knowledge of Guidewire Insurance Suite or similar insurance core systems
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product management best practices
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Analytical mindset with a focus on driving business value
• Bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English
• Understanding of the automobile insurance business domain
