We are seeking a skilled Product Owner to lead the development and enhancement of our insurance core system, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving continuous improvement.

As the Product Owner, you will maximize the value of the product and represent the needs of business stakeholders. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize features, manage the product backlog, and drive the product roadmap.

Key responsibilities include:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize product features and enhancements

• Work closely with development teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions

• Communicate product vision and priorities to internal teams and stakeholders

• Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the core system

• Manage technical debt and ensure system sustainability

Required Skills & Experience / 応募資格

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role / プロダクトオーナーまたは同等の経験

• In-depth knowledge of Guidewire Insurance Suite or similar insurance core systems / Guidewire Insurance Suiteまたは同等の基幹保険システムに関する深い知識

• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product management best practices / アジャイル手法およびプロダクトマネジメントの知識

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills / 高いコミュニケーション能力およびステークホルダー管理能力

• Analytical mindset with a focus on driving business value / ビジネス価値を重視した分析力

• Understanding of the automobile insurance business domain / 自動車保険業務領域の理解
