Business Analyst – Automation & Process Innovation (#81)

In this role, you will drive business productivity improvements across a variety of domains including Sales, Finance, Customer Service, and IT.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess the necessity of existing processes from a holistic perspective and propose bold simplification or redesign strategies—not just automation.

• Identify high-impact process candidates for automation that can yield significant productivity gains and cost reductions.

• Drive business process re-engineering (BPR) efforts in collaboration with developers and business end users.

• Use data-driven process modeling to evaluate performance improvements pre- and post-automation.

• Translate business requirements into clear, actionable technical requirements to serve as a liaison between functional and technical teams.

• Support the management of the development backlog, including creating user stories, setting priorities, and coordinating scheduling.

• Promote and implement the use of innovative technologies such as robotic process automation (RPA), machine learning, and OCR where applicable.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in Business Process Re-engineering (BPR).

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and implement improvements based on data metrics.

• Ability to bridge business and technical teams, translating needs into actionable development plans.

• Experience or understanding of automation tools, machine learning, and OCR technologies is preferred (not mandatory).

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is an advantage.
