Automation Software Analyst (#81)

This role will drive innovation and change across the company, using technologies including Automation, AI and OCR.

Working with a variety of business divisions to identify target processes for automation, you will drive process changes across the company, using innovated solutions with new technologies to solve business problems and improve productivity.

Main Responsibilities

• Propose drastic ideas for simplification by reviewing the necessity of business processes from overall perspective, not only automating the processes as requested.
• Identify candidate processes where productivity improvements and cost savings can be achieved.
• Understand how automation and technologies can be leveraged to implement significant productivity improvements.
• Lead Business Process Re-engineering designs, working with both developers and business end users.
• Use data-based process modeling to assess productivity both before and after process development.
• Help manage Team development backlog, including creating user stories, prioritization and scheduling. 

Required skills and experience

• Experience in Business Process Re-engineering (BPR)
• Able to identify and drive process improvements, based on data metrics
• Be able to translate business requirements into technical requirements, working as an interface between functional and technical teams for system development
• Japanese language fluency

Desirable skills and experience

• Experience with Automation, Machine Learning, OCR
• Business English (read and write)
• Knowledge of using Agile development practices
