System Analyst, Solution Delivery (#586)

システム開発・保守においては、プロダクトオーナーや開発チームと密接に連携し、バックログの優先順位付け、プランニング、要件精緻化をリードしていただきます。ビジネス部門と開発チームの橋渡し役として、要件の明確化から実装、リリースまでを円滑に推進し、サービスへの影響や中断を最小限に抑えながら、確実なプロダクトデリバリーを実現していただきます。さらに、システムリリースの計画・調整・実行をリードするとともに、バックログ管理、ユーザーストーリー作成、継続的改善に関するベストプラクティスを組織内に浸透させていただきます。

【求めるスキル・経験】

• ビジネスアナリスト、システムアナリスト、プロダクトオーナー、またはそれに類するポジションで5年以上の実務経験をお持ちの方
• 保険業界で2年以上の実務経験をお持ちの方
• ビジネス要件に関するディスカッションをリードし、複数のチーム間における依存関係を管理した経験をお持ちの方
• ビジネス要件をプロダクトビジョンや事業戦略と整合させ、全体最適の観点から戦略的に意思決定できる方
• 要件管理、バックログリファインメント、優先順位付けを主体的にリードできる方
• 複数のチーム・部門を横断して関係者を巻き込み、プロジェクトを推進できるリーダーシップをお持ちの方
• 業務プロセスの最適化や効率化に向けて、継続的な改善機会を特定し、実行に移せる方
• ITプロダクトのデリバリープロセスおよびベンダーマネジメントに関する深い理解をお持ちの方
• アジャイル開発手法（Scrum / Kanban）におけるバックログ管理、要件定義、要件精緻化に関する実務経験をお持ちの方
• ビジネスレベルの日本語力をお持ちの方, カジュアルレベル以上の英語でコミュニケーションが可能な方
   

In collaboration with Product Owners and development teams, you will coordinate system development and maintenance activities, drive backlog prioritization and planning, and ensure smooth delivery across teams. Acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, you will facilitate requirements discussions, manage cross-team dependencies, and ensure that business requirements are thoroughly validated before implementation. You will also be responsible for planning and coordinating system releases, leading release activities, and proactively minimizing service disruption. In addition, you will promote best practices in backlog management, user story development, requirements refinement, and continuous improvement across the organization.

【Required Skills and Experience】

• 5 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Product Owner, or in a similar role
• 2 years of professional experience in the insurance industry
• Proven experience leading requirements discussions and managing dependencies across multiple teams
• Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills, with the ability to ensure that business requirements are aligned with the overall product vision and business strategy
• Strong ownership and accountability in requirements management, backlog refinement, and prioritization
• Demonstrated cross-functional leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and business functions
• A continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities for process optimization and business efficiency
• A strong understanding of IT product delivery processes and vendor management
• Strong expertise in backlog management, requirements definition, and requirements refinement within Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
• Business-level Japanese proficiency and conversational-level English communication skills
