データ部門のプロダクトオーナーとして、保険請求領域（Claims）のデータドリブン化を推進し、データとAIを活用したビジネス変革の中核を担っていただきます。本ポジションでは、保険請求領域におけるデータおよびAIプロダクトのライフサイクル全体を、アイデア創出から開発、導入、価値創出・効果測定まで一貫してリードします。

主な業務内容

• Claims領域におけるデータ／AIプロダクトのビジョン、戦略、ロードマップを策定・推進
• データおよびAIプロダクトのライフサイクル全体をオーナーとして管理
• Claims業務における課題や機会を特定し、データを活用した解決策へと転換
• データ分析、AI、機械学習等を活用したプロダクトの企画・開発・導入をリード
• Data Business Partners、Claimsの業務専門家、データサイエンティスト、エンジニア、ITチーム等との協働を推進
• プロダクトの優先順位、要件、ロードマップを定義し、アジャイルな開発・デリバリーを推進
• データ／AIプロダクトの利用状況やパフォーマンスをモニタリングし、継続的な改善を推進
• AI・データソリューションの拡張性、運用性、使いやすさを考慮したプロダクト設計を推進
• プロダクトによるビジネスインパクトを定義し、KPIや定量的な指標を通じて効果を測定
• Claims処理の効率化、顧客サービスの向上、リスク管理、意思決定の高度化に向けたデータ活用を推進
• データおよびAIに関するベストプラクティスを組織内で共有し、データドリブンな文化の醸成に貢献

必須要件

• データに直接関わる実務経験
  （データアナリスト、データサイエンティスト、データ／AIエンジニア、アクチュアリー等）
• データ、AI、分析、機械学習または関連領域における実務経験
• プロジェクトデリバリーの経験、またはアジャイルな開発・デリバリーチームでの実務経験
• クラウドプラットフォームの実務経験（AWS歓迎）
• 保険または金融業界に関する知識・経験
• コンピュータサイエンス、情報技術、数学、統計学、または関連分野における学術的バックグラウンド
• 関連分野で8年以上、通算10年以上の実務経験が望ましい
• ビジネスレベルの英語力があれば尚可
   

As a Data Product Owner – Claims, you will play a key role in transforming the Claims function into a truly data-driven organization.

You will own and lead the end-to-end lifecycle of data and AI products within the Claims domain, from ideation and prioritization through development, implementation, adoption, and measurable value realization.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for data and AI products within the Claims domain
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of data and AI products, from ideation to value realization
• Identify business challenges and opportunities within Claims and translate them into data-driven solutions
• Lead the ideation, development, implementation, and continuous improvement of data and AI products
• Work closely with Data Business Partners, Claims subject-matter experts, data scientists, engineers, and cross-functional IT teams
• Define product priorities, requirements, and roadmaps and drive agile delivery
• Monitor product adoption, performance, and business outcomes, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
• Ensure data and AI solutions are scalable, sustainable, operationally effective, and user-friendly
• Define KPIs and success metrics and measure the business impact delivered by data and AI products
• Drive the use of data and AI to improve Claims processing, customer service, risk management, and business decision-making
• Promote data and AI best practices and contribute to building a stronger data-driven culture across the organization
• Balance innovation, operational excellence, usability, and business value when making product decisions

Required Skills and Experience

• Hands-on professional experience working directly with data, such as:
  • Data Analyst
  • Data Scientist
  • Data / AI Engineer
  • Actuary
  • or a similar data-focused role
• Solid professional experience in data, analytics, AI, machine learning, or a related field
• Experience in project delivery and/or experience working as part of an agile delivery team
• Experience with cloud platforms; AWS experience is preferred
• Strong knowledge or professional experience in the insurance or financial services industry
• Strong academic background in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline
• Ideally, 8+ years of relevant professional experience and 10+ years of total professional experience
• Business-level English communication skills are preferred
