Job description
My client is seeking an Assistant Account Manager to support the Key Account Managers responsible for strategic relationships with major banks and securities companies.
In this role, you will act as the primary liaison with the headquarters of partner financial institutions, helping strengthen relationships, promote insurance products, and drive sales initiatives. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to plan, coordinate, and execute sales promotion strategies while supporting business development activities.
Key Responsibilities

Support Key Account Managers in managing strategic relationships with major banks and securities firms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with headquarters staff of partner financial institutions.
- Visit client headquarters and conduct business discussions and negotiations.
- Propose, plan, and execute sales promotion initiatives to enhance product distribution.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of business initiatives.
- Prepare and distribute communications within the Financial Institutions Division.
- Create presentations, reports, and business documents using PowerPoint.
- Collect, analyze, and summarize business data using Excel.
- Provide administrative and operational support related to account management.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as required.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working in one or more of the following:
- Banking
- Securities
- Life Insurance
- Good understanding of financial products and the financial services industry.
- Experience in bank insurance sales (bancassurance) is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including:
- Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, advanced functions)
- PowerPoint (presentation creation and reporting)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications

AFP (Affiliated Financial Planner) certification.
- CFP (Certified Financial Planner) certification.
- Other recognized financial planning or insurance-related certifications.
