Event Producer (#575)

• Producer duties related to stage production for events and conferences, including planning, production, vendor selection, and budget management. 
• Coordination and direction with planners, production companies, and technical vendors (audio, video, distribution, etc.) 
• As a Technical Director, I was responsible for directing technical companies and managing video operations. 
• Coordination and negotiation with internal and external stakeholders 
• On-site management, vendor management, and stage progress management during setup, rehearsals, and the actual performance. 
• Post-event review, reporting, and improvement suggestions 
• Adherence to internal rules, risk management, compliance, and various workflows.

Required experience, skills, and educational background 

【experience】

• Practical experience in event production, stage management, event operation, etc. (目安: 3 years or more)
• Experience collaborating with technical companies and experience in direction. 
• Experience in project management involving multiple stakeholders 

【skill】
Event planning skills and project management skills

Knowledge of negotiations with production companies and vendors, and of adjusting estimates and contracts. 

Skills in creating proposals and documents using PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc. 

General knowledge and understanding of sound, lighting, and video in event management. 

On-site problem-solving skills and risk assessment skills 

Planning and execution skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously 

Strong communication skills to build trusting relationships with internal and external stakeholders 

The ability to deliver results even under tight schedules and highly uncertain circumstances.

Other 

• Domestic business trips will be required for event support.
