Job description

The Operations Group within the Business Promotion Division plays a critical role in driving channel productivity and organizational effectiveness. The team is responsible for supporting the sales organization through strategic human resource initiatives, business expense management, operational environment improvements, and governance activities.

This position acts as a key liaison between the sales field and various internal and external stakeholders, gathering feedback on work styles, workplace environment, and operational challenges, and translating those insights into actionable improvements. The role requires strong communication, coordination, and project management skills, along with the ability to manage multiple initiatives that contribute to overall organizational productivity and culture.

Role and Responsibilities

1. Human Resources & Organizational Development

Plan and manage recruitment activities for new graduates and experienced hires.

Support the design, implementation, and administration of division-specific HR programs and initiatives.

Drive organizational culture enhancement efforts through employee engagement activities and surveys.

Conduct, analyze, and report on employee feedback surveys, providing recommendations for improvement.

Maintain and manage HR-related data, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

2. Business Expense & Budget Management

Manage departmental operating expenses and budgets.

Support budget planning, forecasting, and allocation processes.

Monitor expenditure against budget and ensure appropriate spending practices.

Prepare expense reports and provide budget utilization insights to management.

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify cost optimization opportunities.

3. Sales Environment & Operational Support

Coordinate office establishment, relocation, and facility-related activities.

Manage company vehicles and related operational processes.

Support the introduction, deployment, and governance of company-provided equipment and internal/external systems.

Identify and implement workplace improvements that enhance sales productivity and employee experience.

Act as a point of contact for operational support requests from the sales organization.

4. Risk Management & Governance

Support business continuity and disaster response planning activities.

Manage relationships and compliance requirements for external vendors and contractors.

Ensure adherence to internal policies, regulations, and operational guidelines.

Maintain governance frameworks and promote compliance across the division.

Support risk assessment and mitigation initiatives.

Must Requirements:

Ability to interpret and understand internal and external regulations, including employment-related policies and procedures.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments and with external partners.

Project management capability, including coordinating and driving initiatives with stakeholders.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

Strong customer service mindset and hospitality-oriented approach.

Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to challenge existing practices to drive improvements.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience managing projects or leading cross-functional initiatives.

Experience creating surveys, analyzing data, and generating actionable insights.

Knowledge of HR operations, employee engagement, or organizational development activities.

Experience in accounting, financial administration, or budget management.

Familiarity with governance, compliance, and risk management practices.
