当ポジションでは、保険金・給付金の支払査定に関する企画業務を担当いただきます。複雑な査定プロセスを分かりやすく整理し、デジタル技術やAIを活用することで、正確かつ迅速で利便性の高い支払業務の仕組み構築を推進します。
また、海外のグループ会社の知見やベストプラクティスを取り入れながら、チームでより良い業務プロセスの改善に取り組みます。

In this role, you will be responsible for planning and improving processes related to insurance claims and benefit assessments. You will simplify complex assessment procedures and leverage digital technologies and AI to design efficient, accurate, and user-friendly payment systems.

You will also collaborate with global group companies, incorporating international best practices and insights to continuously improve operational processes as part of a team.
