本ポジションでは、公式ホームページおよびご契約者専用サイトを通じて寄せられるご契約者様からのお問い合わせや各種ご依頼に対し、主にメールで対応いただきます。

生命保険業務全般への理解を深めながら、「迅速・簡便・分かりやすい」対応を通じて、お客様に高品質な顧客体験を提供していただきます。また、チームメンバーとともに業務改善や工夫を積極的に推進していただける方を歓迎します。

■ 主な業務内容
・ご契約者様からの保険内容や各種手続きに関するお問い合わせ・ご依頼へのメール対応
（メール対応が困難な場合のみ電話対応を実施）
・各種手続きに関する書類発送手配
・デジタル化および自動化の推進、Web経由問い合わせ業務の改善
・チームメンバーの育成およびチーム管理業務（職位に応じて）

■ 求めるスキル・経験
・金融機関または生命保険業界での実務経験（あれば尚可）
・基本的なPCスキル（メール、Teams、Excel、Word、PowerPoint）
・ビジネスレベルの電話応対スキル
・主体的に関係者とコミュニケーションを取り、チームワークを発揮できる方
・前向きな姿勢で業務に取り組み、継続的に知識・スキルを向上させる意欲のある方
・自ら考え、主体的に行動できる方
 

In this role, you will primarily respond via email to inquiries and requests from policyholders received through the official website and dedicated customer portal.

You will develop a broad understanding of life insurance operations while delivering a high-quality customer experience through responses that are prompt, simple, and easy to understand. We are looking for individuals who are proactive and eager to contribute to continuous improvement and innovation within the team.

■ Key Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries and requests regarding policy details and procedures, primarily via email
• Handle phone calls only when email responses are not sufficient
• Arrange the dispatch of required documentation for various procedures
• Promote digitalization and automation, and improve web-based inquiry processes
• Support team member development and team management activities (depending on seniority)

■ Required Skills and Experience
• Experience in financial institutions or the life insurance industry is a plus
• Basic PC skills (Email, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Professional telephone communication skills
• Ability to proactively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders
• Positive attitude with a willingness to continuously develop knowledge and skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to think independently and take initiative
