本ポジションでは、社内外のビジネスパートナーとの連携を通じてコスト削減機会を分析・推進し、持続的なコスト最適化および業務プロセス改善を実現していただきます。戦略的購買活動をリードし、ソーシングチームマネージャーを支援しながら、チームのエンゲージメント向上と協働による成果最大化を担っていただきます。

■ 主な業務内容

【コスト削減目標の達成】
・担当領域におけるインパクトの高いカテゴリー戦略の策定
・コストおよびプロセス最適化に向けた購買活動の推進
・ビジネスパートナーシップの構築および継続的改善の推進

【プロジェクトマネジメント】
・コスト削減プロジェクトのリード、推進およびファシリテーション
・複数（3件以上）の複雑なプロジェクトの同時管理
・マネジメントへの進捗報告

【サプライヤーリレーションマネジメント】
・サプライヤーとの良好かつ戦略的な関係構築
・定期的なビジネスレビューの実施および継続的改善の推進

■ 必須要件
・戦略的調達（バイヤー）としての実務経験（5〜7年以上）
・学士号（MBAまたはCIPS資格保有者は歓迎）
・ビジネスレベルの日本語力
・日常会話レベルの英語力

As our business continues to transform, the strategic importance of the Procurement function is rapidly increasing. We are seeking highly motivated individuals with a strong mindset and execution capability to exceed management expectations and contribute to enhancing the value of the function.

In this role, you will analyze and drive cost-saving opportunities through effective internal and external business partnerships, delivering sustainable cost optimization and process improvements. You will lead strategic sourcing initiatives, actively support sourcing managers, and foster team engagement to maximize collaborative outcomes.

■ Key Responsibilities

【Cost Savings Delivery】
• Develop impactful category strategies for assigned areas
• Drive procurement initiatives to optimize cost and processes
• Build strong business partnerships and lead continuous improvement initiatives

【Project Management】
• Lead, drive, and facilitate cost-saving projects
• Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously (3 or more)
• Provide regular progress updates to management

【Supplier Relationship Management】
• Establish and maintain effective and strategic relationships with suppliers
• Conduct regular business reviews and drive continuous improvement initiatives

■ Ideal Candidate Profile
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with a fact-based, objective approach
• Proactive mindset with a collaborative and solution-oriented attitude
• Ability to foster teamwork and demonstrate leadership when required
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations
• Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high performance

■ Required Skills and Experience
• 5–7+ years of experience in strategic sourcing / procurement
• Bachelor’s degree (MBA or CIPS certification is a plus)
• Business-level Japanese proficiency
• Conversational level English

■ Preferred Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in the financial services industry
• Business-level English proficiency
