Job description

We are seeking enthusiastic and talented Software Engineers / IT Engineers who aspire to build a successful career in Japan. This opportunity is open to fresh graduates and professionals with up to 5 years of experience who are looking for international exposure, structured career development, and the opportunity to work on global technology projects.

We particularly welcome applications from:

  • Japanese native candidates who are willing to undergo an initial training program in India before being deployed to project assignments in Japan.
  • Indian candidates with JLPT N1 certification who possess the required educational qualifications and are interested in building a long-term career in Japan.

Selected candidates will undergo a comprehensive training program in India and, upon successful completion, will be deployed to Japan for long-term project assignments.

Eligibility Criteria

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience

Fresh Graduates up to 5 Years of Experience.

Skills & Attributes

•  Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

•  Good communication and interpersonal skills.

•  Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to multicultural work environments.

•  Strong interest in working and building a long-term career in Japan.

•  JLPT N1 certification is highly preferred for Indian candidates.
 

 

Training Program (India)

Selected candidates will participate in a 6–12 month structured training program in India designed to prepare them for project assignments in Japan. Upon successful completion of the training program, candidates will be relocated to Japan for deployment on client projects.
