Job description
In the Partner Business division, we are responsible for promoting the sales of life insurance products through partner agencies that have entered into agency agreements with the company (life insurance agencies, partner financial institutions, partner insurance companies, etc.).
■ Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for managing registered partner agencies and will primarily conduct on-site visits to provide training, development, and oversight.
- Provide consultative sales support to partner agencies to drive business growth
(supporting agency owners in establishing effective management and sales structures) - Deliver training and ongoing sales support to insurance agents
(covering insurance products, sales techniques, industry knowledge, compliance, and related areas) - Develop new partner agencies and establish new partnerships with financial institutions
- (For roles responsible for partner financial institutions and partner insurance companies)
- Negotiate sales promotion strategies with partner headquarters and oversee overall agency management
■ Required Skills and Experience
- Knowledge of finance and taxation
- Strong communication skills
- High level of compliance awareness
- Proficiency in standard PC applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
