Technology Transformation & Strategy Manager (#522)

Our client is seeking an experienced and driven I&T Transformation & Strategy Expert to support enterprise-wide transformation initiatives within a dynamic and evolving business environment. In this role, you will contribute to the development and execution of strategic transformation programs, helping shape the organization’s digital and technology future while driving operational excellence and innovation. You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to enhance governance processes, improve execution models, and support strategic decision-making through data-driven insights. This position offers the opportunity to play a key role in modernizing business processes, advancing digital transformation initiatives, and supporting sustainable organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive continuous transformation initiatives by improving ways of working, governance frameworks, and execution models using data-driven insights
• Support the development, refinement, and execution of strategic plans aligned with business objectives and industry best practices
• Contribute to enterprise-wide digital and technology transformation initiatives that support long-term growth strategies
• Assist in risk management and regulatory compliance activities related to transformation and technology projects
• Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders on high-impact strategic initiatives
• Support modernization efforts across business and operational processes through innovative technologies and transformation methodologies
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and communication to ensure alignment and effective execution of strategic priorities
• Promote a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and organizational agility
   

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Certifications in project management, transformation, or strategic planning are a plus
• 3–4 years of experience in strategy consulting, management consulting, or enterprise transformation projects
• Experience within insurance, banking, financial services, or other regulated industries is preferred
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate complex challenges into actionable plans
• Experience engaging with diverse stakeholders, including senior management and cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with large-scale project management and transformation delivery
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation capabilities
• Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, resilience, and a passion for innovation and continuous improvement
