Corporate Strategy & Transformation Manager / 企業戦略・トランスフォーメーションマネージャー (#517)

We are seeking a strategic and proactive professional to lead company-wide strategy development and execution. You will support the executive team in defining strategic initiatives, allocating resources, monitoring progress, and ensuring alignment across all business units.

You will also oversee market research, subsidiary management, and new business development, while driving group-wide transformation initiatives. This role provides the opportunity to work closely with senior executives and play a key role in shaping the company’s long-term strategy.

Key Responsibilities / 主な業務内容

• Develop company-wide strategy and initiatives
  企業全体の戦略策定と戦略イニシアティブの設定

• Set targets, action plans, and project investment allocation
  目標設定、アクションプラン策定、プロジェクト投資配分

• Develop strategic narratives and communicate to organization
  戦略文書の作成および社内への戦略共有

• Monitor and report execution status
  戦略実行状況のモニタリングと報告（マイルストーン、KPI、課題・リスク管理）

• Run executive sessions
  経営会議（ExCom）運営

• Research and report market trends and competition
  市場環境・競合調査の実施および報告（半年ごと）

• Manage subsidiaries and group synergy initiatives
  子会社戦略の管理、グループシナジー施策の企画・実行サポート

• Support new business development and M&A initiatives
  新規事業戦略立案、M&A機会のサポート
