Job description
ENGLISH:
We are seeking a highly motivated professional to lead business transformation initiatives within Customer Service functions, including New Business, Policy Administration, Claims, and Contact Center.
In this role, you will drive initiatives to enhance customer experience and improve operational efficiency. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of transformation projects—from strategy development and planning to execution and stakeholder collaboration.
You will also oversee KPI management, budget planning, and performance tracking. We are looking for a proactive individual who can think logically, identify challenges, and independently drive change.

Required Skills & Experience / 応募資格

Experience in Business Process Reengineering (BPR) and project leadership
BPRおよびプロジェクトリードの実務経験 -
Knowledge of KPI management, budgeting, and performance tracking
KPI・予算・業績管理に関する知識・経験 -
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
高いコミュニケーション能力および関係者調整力 -
Ability to identify issues and solve them logically and proactively
