Job description

We are seeking a Business Continuity Management Specialist to join the Operational Resilience and Physical Security team. This role is responsible for planning, implementing, and operating business continuity and risk management processes to ensure organizational resilience. The successful candidate will play a key role in safeguarding operations by conducting business impact analyses, managing risk assessments, developing continuity strategies, and supporting incident management and testing activities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and risk assessments to identify critical activities, risks, and dependencies
  • Develop, maintain, and regularly test Business Continuity Plans in line with internal frameworks and regulatory requirements
  • Plan, implement, and operate business continuity management processes, including strategy development and documentation
  • Ensure completeness, consistency, and validation of BIA and risk assessment data, and consolidate reports for review and approval
  • Develop and maintain incident management plans aligned with identified risks and business continuity strategies
  • Coordinate and support annual testing and simulation exercises for business continuity and incident management plans
  • Collaborate with business units to gather information and support the implementation of BCM processes
  • Provide guidance and recommendations to stakeholders during incidents or crisis situations
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure alignment with operational resilience standards and best practices
  • Stay up to date with relevant regulations, standards, and industry developments to ensure compliance


Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business continuity management, service management, or operational resilience within a regulated environment
  • Experience in developing clear documentation, including policies, procedures, and reports for diverse audiences
  • Proven experience in planning and executing BCM testing and exercises
  • Solid understanding of BCM standards, best practices, and regulations (e.g., ISO 22301, ISO 31000, DORA or equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of organizational processes, risks, and dependencies across value chains
  • Ability to conduct BIAs, risk assessments, and develop continuity and incident management strategies
  • Experience providing support and recommendations during incidents or crisis situations
  • Strong project and program management skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive change
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and training skills, including workshop delivery and awareness initiatives
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, with proficiency in tools such as SharePoint and Microsoft Office
