Job description
The role is primarily responsible for external communications to enhance our client's brand value and corporate image, while also handling some internal communications and information dissemination via SNS (mainly using note). The position involves building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and supporting strategic communications.
Tasks
You will work as part of a team to increase brand value and corporate image over the long term through coordinated PR activities with internal and external stakeholders. This position offers hands-on experience in:

SNS management

Utilizing AI and digital tools for PR
In the future, you may take a leading role in planning, executing, and evaluating projects of various scales as a core member of the team.
Key Responsibilities
External Communications
-
Planning and executing external PR activities (press releases, media relations, interviews, etc.)

Responding to inquiries from media and stakeholders; building and maintaining relationships

Measuring PR effectiveness and reporting results
SNS Operation
-
Planning, managing, and creating content for SNS (primarily note) including writing, editing, publishing, and analysis
Internal Communications
-
Actively sharing information about the company and external PR activities both internally and externally

Using internal communication tools effectively to enhance employee engagement
Reputation Management

Preparing materials and supporting monitoring for risk management as needed
BAU / Operations
-
Daily news monitoring (clipping)
-
Managing existing PR materials and content, and proposing improvements
Required Skills and Experience
Qualifications / Skills / Experience:
-
5+ years of practical experience in PR, corporate communications, or media-related work (experience at a PR agency is a plus)

Experience creating external communication materials such as press releases or speech drafts

Experience planning, managing, and executing PR projects

Skills in creating SNS content (note, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)

English and Japanese proficiency: TOEIC 850+ or equivalent bilingual skills (business-level English and native-level Japanese)

Strong communication, coordination, and project management skills

Ability to proactively gather information and strategically communicate it

Teamwork and collaboration skills

Ability to view things from a high-level perspective with broad vision

PC skills (MS Office, particularly PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
Preferred / Additional Skills:

PR experience in the Financial or Insurance industry

Experience producing and managing content on note or other social media platforms
