DMA、DMS、Azure Data Studio、ログシッピング、バックアップ＆リストアなどを用いたオンプレミスからAzureクラウドへのSQL Server移行
社内外のステークホルダーやプロジェクトマネージャーと連携し、移行要件を理解し、適切なソリューションを提供
大規模かつ複雑な移行プロジェクトにおけるAzureクラウドソリューションの推進
ストレージとキャパシティ管理の計画、論理モデルの作成、物理モデルの構築
SQL Server（200x〜2022）のインストールと構成
WindowsおよびSQL Serverの問題対応・トラブルシューティングの実務経験
Azure上でのパフォーマンスと信頼性を考慮したデータベースシステムの設計・運用
レガシーバージョンから最新バージョンへのSQL Serverのオンプレ／クラウドアップグレード経験
T-SQLスクリプトおよびPowerShellスクリプトの知識
各種ツールを用いたデータベースパフォーマンスの理解
クライアントのコンプライアンスと期待に準拠した対応

 
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Azure Database Migration Specialist / Lead to manage and drive end-to-end database migration projects from on-premises to Azure Cloud. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in Azure SQL, database architecture, and migration methodologies, as well as the ability to guide and govern a technical team in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage Azure database migration projects, providing technical guidance and governance to the team.

• Understand customer database landscapes across SQL, Windows, and Linux environments.

• Configure SQL Server High Availability / Disaster Recovery (HA/DR) in Azure (FCI, AG) with multi-subnet and multi-region architecture.

• Administer and configure Security, Policies, Resource Governance, and Azure Key Vault.

• Migrate SQL Servers from on-premises to Azure using DMA, DMS, Azure Data Studio, log shipping, backup & restore, and other migration tools.

• Collaborate with internal teams, customer stakeholders, and project managers to define requirements and deliver migration solutions.

• Drive cloud solutioning and Azure architecture design for large-scale, complex database migration projects.

• Plan storage, capacity management, and create logical and physical database models.

• Install, configure, and manage SQL Server instances (200x to 2022 versions).

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows and SQL servers.

Secondary Skills:

• Design, implement, and operate high-performance, reliable database systems in Azure.

• Perform SQL Server upgrades (on-premises and cloud) from legacy to modern versions.

• Strong knowledge of T-SQL scripting and PowerShell automation.

• Deep understanding of database performance tuning and monitoring tools.

• Ensure adherence to client compliance and operational standards.

Certifications (Preferred):

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Associate

• DP-300: Administering Microsoft Azure SQL Solutions

• AZ-305: Designing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions
