主な業務内容

  • 契約者様および被保険者様からの、保険内容や各種手続きに関するお問い合わせ・ご依頼に対する電話対応

  • 各種手続きに関する書類の発送手配

  • お客様からのご依頼の正確な処理と高品質なサービスの提供

求めるスキル・経験

  • 顧客対応スキル(電話・メール対応含む)

  • PC操作スキル(Word、Excel、Outlookなど)

  • 生命保険や税務に関する基本的な知識

  • 勤務時間:9:00~17:00(平日)

Are you passionate about helping people and providing excellent service?
We are looking for motivated professionals to join a Contact Center team in Sapporo. You’ll be supporting customers and agents across the full insurance process, from enrollment to payment.

Your role:

  • Handle inquiries from policyholders and insured persons regarding insurance details and procedures

  • Arrange and process documentation requests

  • Deliver professional and empathetic customer support

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Confident PC skills

  • Basic knowledge of life insurance and/or tax matters (a plus)

Location: Sapporo 
Weekdays: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Saturdays: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM 

 

Language requirement

Japanese (Native), English (Business)

Working hours

9:00-17:00
