契約者様および被保険者様からの、保険内容や各種手続きに関するお問い合わせ・ご依頼に対する電話対応

各種手続きに関する書類の発送手配

お客様からのご依頼の正確な処理と高品質なサービスの提供
求めるスキル・経験

顧客対応スキル(電話・メール対応含む)

PC操作スキル(Word、Excel、Outlookなど)

生命保険や税務に関する基本的な知識

Are you passionate about helping people and providing excellent service?
We are looking for motivated professionals to join a Contact Center team in Sapporo. You’ll be supporting customers and agents across the full insurance process, from enrollment to payment.
Your role:

Handle inquiries from policyholders and insured persons regarding insurance details and procedures

Arrange and process documentation requests

Deliver professional and empathetic customer support
What we’re looking for:

Strong communication and customer service skills
-
Confident PC skills
-
Basic knowledge of life insurance and/or tax matters (a plus)
Location: Sapporo
Weekdays: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Saturdays: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
