Solution Architect (#452)

• Architect & Design: Develop scalable, automated ad platforms for personalized targeted advertising, including data management platforms.

• Technical Leadership: Provide guidance to development teams, ensuring best practices in microservices, cloud computing, and data processing.

• Integration & Scalability: Design fault-tolerant, high-performance ad-serving infrastructure integrated with telecom data sources, leveraging CDNs, caching, and edge computing.

• Data & AI-Driven Solutions: Implement big data pipelines for audience segmentation, personalization, and real-time analytics using AI/ML.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product managers, data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.

• Security & Compliance: Ensure solutions meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Minimum Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in solution architecture, software development, or cloud engineering.

• Strong understanding of ad tech (programmatic advertising, ad exchanges, attribution models, ad fraud prevention).

• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), Kubernetes, Docker, and serverless architectures.

• Proficiency in big data technologies (Apache Kafka, Spark, Hadoop, NoSQL databases).

• Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, gRPC, and event-driven architectures.

• Knowledge of identity management, user profiling, and privacy-preserving ad tech (e.g., contextual advertising, federated learning).

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Telecom industry knowledge: 5G networks, telco data monetization, subscriber analytics, and carrier billing.

• Experience with telecom-specific ad solutions (e.g., RCS messaging, carrier-driven audience targeting, network-based advertising).

• Familiarity with CDPs (Customer Data Platforms) and telecom-specific customer segmentation models.
