Head of Operational Security (#450)

Join a forward-thinking organization where security is a strategic advantage. As Manager of Operational Resilience & Physical Security, you will lead a talented team ensuring business continuity, IT and physical security, and crisis management readiness. 

What You’ll Do:

• Drive Operational Resilience programs, including BIA, BCP, and IT Service Continuity (DR planning/testing)

• Lead crisis response efforts for IT, cybersecurity, physical security, and large-scale incidents

• Oversee physical security, travel safety, and health & safety initiatives

• Manage budgets, internal staff, contractors, and vendor relationships

• Continuously improve processes and deliver actionable insights to leadership

• Inspire and develop your team

What We’re Looking For:

• 5–8+ years in security, IT infrastructure, or resilience management (IT security experience highly valued)

• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills

• Proven ability to respond effectively in crises, including IT and security incidents

• Budgeting and vendor management experience

• Relevant certifications a plus (CISSP, CBCP, BCM/DR, physical security)

• Flexibility to handle emergency situations outside business hours
