Job description

We are looking for a skilled and driven Brand Campaign Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale brand campaigns across both Above-the-Line (ATL) and digital channels in Japan. 

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management

  • Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of ATL brand campaigns, ensuring alignment with global brand strategies.

  • Develop clear and actionable creative briefs in collaboration with internal stakeholders.

  • Collaborate closely with creative and media agencies to manage concept development, creative quality, and delivery timelines.

  • Oversee project schedules, operations, and key deliverables, ensuring high-quality execution across all touchpoints.

  • Ensure campaign messaging is consistent and clear, including strong calls-to-action and brand storytelling.

  • Act as a central point of contact across global/local teams and agency partners.

Brand Engagement & Governance

  • Uphold and promote brand identity by ensuring adherence to established brand guidelines.

  • Supervise content and creative across owned social channels to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and brand voice.

  • Serve as a brand guardian to maintain alignment across all communication assets and platforms.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in brand marketing or account/project management, preferably in advertising or in-house brand roles.

  • Proven experience executing integrated brand campaigns in Japan.

  • Experience working with global/multinational brands and multicultural stakeholders.

  • Strong understanding of digital media, social media platforms, and creative production.

  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Japanese.

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines.
