Job description
We are looking for a skilled and driven Brand Campaign Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale brand campaigns across both Above-the-Line (ATL) and digital channels in Japan.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management
-
Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of ATL brand campaigns, ensuring alignment with global brand strategies.

Develop clear and actionable creative briefs in collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Collaborate closely with creative and media agencies to manage concept development, creative quality, and delivery timelines.

Oversee project schedules, operations, and key deliverables, ensuring high-quality execution across all touchpoints.

Ensure campaign messaging is consistent and clear, including strong calls-to-action and brand storytelling.

Act as a central point of contact across global/local teams and agency partners.
Brand Engagement & Governance

Uphold and promote brand identity by ensuring adherence to established brand guidelines.

Supervise content and creative across owned social channels to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and brand voice.

Serve as a brand guardian to maintain alignment across all communication assets and platforms.
Qualifications
-
Minimum 5 years’ experience in brand marketing or account/project management, preferably in advertising or in-house brand roles.

Proven experience executing integrated brand campaigns in Japan.

Experience working with global/multinational brands and multicultural stakeholders.

Strong understanding of digital media, social media platforms, and creative production.

Excellent communication skills in both English and Japanese.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines.
