Technical Project Manager – Infrastructure & Operations (#444)

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager with expertise in infrastructure, operations, Agile methodologies, and monitoring tools.
This individual will drive infrastructure-related projects, collaborate cross-functionally, and ensure effective planning and delivery in a hybrid working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage infrastructure and operations projects using Agile methodologies.

• Coordinate across teams to ensure timely project delivery and alignment with business goals.

• Oversee system and application monitoring; ensure uptime, performance, and issue resolution.

• Utilize JIRA for task tracking, reporting, and sprint planning.

• Write and maintain scripts (e.g., Bash, Python, or PowerShell) to automate infrastructure tasks.

• Manage vendor relations and resource allocation.

• Regular reporting on KPIs, risks, and project progress.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Technical PM or IT Project Manager in Infrastructure/Operations.

• Proficiency with JIRA, Agile frameworks, and monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix, Datadog, Nagios).

• Hands-on scripting experience in Shell, Python, or similar.

• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Bilingual – JLPT N2+ Japanese and Business English.

• Ability to thrive in a hybrid, fast-paced, multicultural environment.
