Job description
A leading international life insurance company is looking for a motivated and forward-thinking Training Associate or Leader to support the development and delivery of innovative training programs. This role is ideal for someone passionate about instructional design, digital learning, and educational technologies.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan, create, and update training materials (PowerPoint, e-learning modules, manuals)

Edit and structure content for internal training sessions

Manage and organize training resources and content libraries
-
Support and manage e-learning platforms (UMU, AG Campus, etc.)

Monitor and support professional certifications (FP, AFP, CFP)
-
Conduct research on industry trends and competitor practices
Responsibilities will be assigned based on your expertise and experience.
Profile / Requirements:

Solid understanding of life insurance products

Financial and tax knowledge

Experience in developing training materials (especially using PowerPoint or similar tools)

Interest in educational technologies and AI applied to learning
