Job description

This role focuses on optimizing the balance between assets and liabilities while enhancing investment returns through strategic fund selection and risk management. You will play a key role in planning, selecting, and monitoring Separate Account (SA) funds, as well as supporting product development and hedging strategies. The position offers broad exposure to fund management, collaboration with executive leadership, and interaction with global stakeholders.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute the selection and replacement of new funds within Separate Accounts (SA).

  • Monitor performance and health of SA funds, ensuring alignment with overall asset strategies.

  • Support the development of SA products and formulate hedging strategies for minimum guarantee risks.

  • Manage and operate the Unit Link Task Force—an important strategic forum for SA-related decisions.

  • Collaborate closely with business partners, including wealth management functions.

  • Contribute to various projects and operational activities related to SA fund management.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Deep knowledge and practical experience in asset management and fund investment.

  • Proven ability to propose and implement solutions based on in-depth research and strategic analysis.

  • Strong data analysis and interpretation capabilities.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with executives, managers, internal teams, and external partners.

  • CMA (Certified Member Analyst) or similar securities qualification is a strong plus.

  • Approximately 10 years of experience as an investment specialist or asset management expert.

  • Background in Separate Account fund operations or monitoring/selection roles in pension consulting or similar financial services.

  • Confident in communicating with internal sales/executive stakeholders and global investment teams.

  • Enthusiastic about working at the intersection of strategy, finance, and innovation.
