IAM Manager (#437)

You will be responsible for the strategic direction, execution, and oversight of IT infrastructure and identity management initiatives. This includes the design, development, implementation, operation, and support of key systems and solutions. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage infrastructure projects across the full lifecycle, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.

• Oversee identity and access management systems with a focus on scalability, security, and compliance.

• Provide technical leadership and guidance in the implementation of IAM tools and frameworks.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance security posture through robust identity solutions.

• Ensure operational excellence in system support, maintenance, and incident response.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Strong expertise in:

  • Saviynt (Cloud Identity and Security platform)

  • Active Directory, Azure AD, AD Sync

  • SAML, OAuth, SSO

  • Microsoft 365, MIM/FIM

• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure Identity & Security

• Familiarity with Intune and Mobile Device Management (MDM)

• Solid understanding of Zero Trust architecture

• Proven experience managing large-scale technical infrastructure projects

• Strong grasp of cybersecurity fundamentals

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Saviynt, Okta, or other Identity Cloud platforms

• Exposure to modern IAM trends and technologies
