Job description

We are seeking a skilled Systems Maintenance and Operations Specialist to reinforce our project team. This role is crucial to maintaining system reliability and supporting ongoing IT operations, with potential for involvement in future project expansions based on business needs.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform system operation support, including daily routine tasks and non-routine incident handling

  • Investigate system irregularities, respond to inquiries, and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime

  • Manage incident handling processes promptly and efficiently to ensure quick resolution

  • Maintain and update operational documentation, including system manuals and procedure guides

  • Identify and propose operational improvements to enhance team efficiency and system performance


Required Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience managing and troubleshooting Windows Operating Systems in a production environment

  • Strong knowledge of SQL and ability to perform database operations to support system functions

  • Demonstrated ability to proactively identify and resolve irregular or incidental system issues
